Pet Play

Coccole & Grattini

Petting and scritches means giving or receiving affectionate strokes, head pats or gentle scratching as part of adult pet play. The focus is chosen touch and the connection it creates. It can accompany a pet and handler dynamic, but neither submission nor a particular animal role is required. Someone may enjoy giving, receiving, both, or neither.

Cosa si prova

A person might ask a partner to stroke their hair, offer gentle head pats or scratch an agreed area while they relax in a pet role. Others enjoy similar touch without role names. Pressure, pace and location are personal preferences, so feedback matters more than copying how an animal is petted.

Praise, a pet name or gear can be added by agreement. They are separate choices. Enjoying affectionate touch does not make someone a kitten rather than a puppy, wolf or another animal role.

Sicurezza e consenso

This is role-play among consenting adults. Agree on language, touch, activities and limits before starting, and keep a clear way to pause or stop. Anyone can speak normally or leave character at any time. Actual animals are never participants. Ask which areas and kinds of touch are welcome. Start gently, check comfort and stop if touch hurts or irritates the skin. Do not treat relaxed body language as permission to add another activity.
